The Industrial & Organizational Psychology stream focuses on the application of psychological principles in designing training and development program to improve team and individual performance. There are four courses in this stream:
- Organizational Behavior and Leadership
- Human Performance Technology
- Psychological Approach on Knowledge Management
- Psychology of Training & Development
If the students take the Internship Track in Enrichment Program II, they will be placed in an institution to learn more about creating, doing, and evaluating Training & Development program.
