Salah satu molekul protein dalam membran sel di sistem saraf pusat dan perifer yang distimulasi oleh asetilkolin atau asetilkolin seperti zat. Ada dua tipe utama: MUSCARINIC RECEPTORS dan NICOTINIC RECEPTORS.
